Blockchain vs Cloud Computing: Best Features for Corporate Space
In the recent past enormous enterprise applications have migrated into the cloud computing CC. The researchers have contributed to this ever growing technology and as a result several innovations strengthened to offer the quality of service QoS as per the demand of the customer.
It was treated that management of resources as the major challenge to offer the QoS while focusing on the trade-offs among the performance, availability, reliability and the cost. Blockchain is among the hottest tech buzzwords of , just like cloud computing was eight years ago. Now, speculation is rife that blockchain and the cloud may get married. Blockchain has the potential to revolutionize industries as diverse as energy trading and voting. It also has real potential to change the document security landscape.

While some believe that cryptocurrencies are just another bubble waiting to burst, others see them as the future of finance. What happens if we consider blockchain technology for cloud storage? As we know, storage infrastructure has transformed to generally being very centralized. Rather than businesses and corporations hosting their own servers, many have migrated to the cloud. This turn toward centralization lets companies push workloads to larger, public clouds in order to utilize the storage infrastructure of large companies, like Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure. Because of the centralization currently inherent in cloud computing, resources could be shared and the end customer could have much lower costs and higher efficiency and uptime. No one is doubting the benefits of cloud computing. For example, Verizon partnered with Nice Systems to handle customer service calls who utilized an unprotected Amazon S3 storage server. Because of this, 6 million records that held logs from customers who called Verizon customer service were able to be accessed. Another much more massive leak occurred when Deep Roots Analytics misconfigured their AWS server , releasing sensitive information of million Americans.

Blockchain and Cloud Computing: A Powerful Mix
Journal of Cloud Computing volume 10 , Article number: 35 Cite this article. Metrics details. Through virtualization and resource integration, cloud computing has expanded its service area and offers a better user experience than the traditional platforms, along with its business operation model bringing huge economic and social benefits. However, a large amount of evidence shows that cloud computing is facing with serious security and trust crisis, and building a trust-enabled transaction environment has become its key factor. The traditional cloud trust model usually adopts a centralized architecture, which causes large management overhead, network congestion and even single point of failure. Furthermore, due to a lack of transparency and traceability, trust evaluation results cannot be fully recognized by all participants.

Is Blockchain-based Cloud Computing the Future?
It's easy to suggest that Blockchain technology and Bitcoins could be the future of the finance world. Currently, we're forced to deal with money through an outdated, and somewhat underwhelming physical and digital infrastructure that doesn't have much to offer in the way of accountability. As more is discovered about the possibilities of Blockchain, many believe that these systems will overhaul the money management solutions of the past, and create a new future for cash management. Of course, that's not all Blockchain might be good for.
What Blockchain and Cloud Computing Have in Common
PhD thesis, Concordia University. The cloud computing market has been in the center of attention for years where cloud providers strive to survive by either competition or cooperation. Some cloud providers choose to compete in the market that is dominated by few large providers and try to maximize their profit without sacrificing the service quality which leads to higher user ratings. Many research proposals tried to contribute to the cloud market competition. However, the majority of these proposals focus only on pricing mechanisms, neglecting thus the cloud service quality and users satisfaction.
Security aspects in blockchain-based scheduling in mobile multi-cloud computing
Block chain is the new technology that has taken over the internet and, this technology has been always been the talk of the tech to ensure that it delivers maximum results on time. Blockchain Technology is the most important tools of invention which has been a boon to mankind and has now found a prominent place in the field of technology. Blockchain Technology is one of the greatest inventions of today. What happens when the most important integration blockchain can be of some help to us by being the most innovative one when it gets integrated with cloud computing. As and when the technology advanced all we were made to see and work on Google Drive, Dropbox, Gmail, etc which are considered to be one of the best and the basic examples of cloud storage. Gone are the days when we would save and, buy the other devices for storing data which obviously meant a lot of time, money and efforts spent on the same. With knowing what the tech had to offer and, also what the technology was about to do — in terms of creating wonders in the industry, we were just getting acquainted with new, recent, refined cloud storage which could help us to get easy access to our data anytime and anywhere from any corner of the world.
Besides offering speedy, scalable, and secure computing, that integration should lead to fewer of the security and performance issues that have plagued centralized systems. The first, taken from an Ericsson Mobility Report , is that approximately 29 billion connected devices will be in use around the world. The second, taken from Statista , is that over 75 billion IoT devices will be in operation by
