Lars Hornuf and Prof. Professor Steve Bradford from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln will give the keynote speech at the 3rd Crowdinvesting Symposium and will address various regulatory approaches to crowd investing in Germany and the USA.

The program included an academic conference and a student workshop, a lecture on market developments and regulatory perspectives in Europe by Dr. In the subsequent panel discussion with representatives of a crowd investing platform, a law firm, a VC investor and a start-up company, the current developments with regard to follow-on financing, exit strategies and dilution protection in crowd investing were discussed.
