Upon completion of the survey, you will receive the email instructing you to print your CPE Certificate. Please do so and retain for your records.

In the event you lose this CPE Certificate, please utilize your retained confirmation email received when you registered for the course. Use the confirmation number and the event weblink to re-enter the event for three years, to reprint your CPE Certificate.
