On June 8th, Serum announced to their community massive updates for their protocol. Serum is a decentralized exchange DEX and ecosystem that aims to bring tremendously high speed as well as super low transaction fees. We are different from other projects in that we're building a futuristic city users will enjoy limitless possibilities in, building a second life in a virtual world.
We want to also serve as a stage for other innovative projects to build their platforms in their applications and in our land. Utilizing this means users don't have to search for their favoured projects elsewhere, they can enter from Heaven Land. We have formed various partnerships already, allowing people to play or gamble in Heaven Land inside of their favourite concert, sports or even casino venues.
I must say that we are already in touch with all collections, including Degen Ape Academy and Thugbirdz. We have interest from a great deal of blue chip collections already. A: It will take a lot of time, energy, and human resources. We've been currently building this world for seven months now. And we plan to release the first version of the world in June or July this year.

As a tenant, you will be granted Heaven Land residents that also will be eligible to receive part of the platform, allowing you to monetize the apartment or the asset itself. You can run a digital ad, open a virtual gallery, throw parties in there. You will have many possibilities to monetize this rented property. A standard economic model will be built from our native token, called HTO, which will be the main currency of connecting our world.
Q: With the mint day just around the corner, is there anything you would suggest to prospective users who have missed out on the whitelist but were desperate to be a part of the community? A: The whitelist is only for the first parcels. We guarantee people that they will be able to mint for a slightly discounted price, but then at least parcels will be up for public mint. Anyone will be able to mint. We have released the mint document, highlighting how the mint process works.
