Accenture blockchain company
Global consulting company Accenture has made strides when it comes to blockchain interoperability one of the most discussed issues with blockchain today. The first patent , filed August , patents a method for cryptologic blockchain interoperability. As described in the technical section of the patent, participants can share the token data stored on a distributed ledger DLT network by using a digital signature within the solution. The document also mentions the ability to send a multi-signature certification message to a recipient who solicits information.

Accenture, Avanade and Microsoft create blockchain solution for ID2020
Identity solutions firm Accenture is working with Microsoft on a digital identity initiative that uses blockchain and biometrics. In a statement, the company said blockchain and biometric technologies to support ID, a programme it describes as a global public-private partnership dedicated to solving the challenges of identity faced by more than 1. The goal of ID is to make digital identity a reality through a technology-forward approach that will leverage secure and well-established systems. Approximately one-sixth of the world's population cannot participate in cultural, political, economic and social life because they lack the most basic information: documented proof of their existence. Establishing identity is critical to accessing a wide range of activities, including education, healthcare, voting, banking, mobile communications, housing, and family and childcare benefits. Accenture, in partnership with Microsoft and Avanade, has developed an identity prototype based on blockchain technology — a type of database system that enables multiple parties to share access to the same data with an extremely high level of confidence and security.
Accenture: “Blockchain technology will likely revolutionize the way we live and work”
Not surprisingly, the two Accenture writers propose to do without bitcoin as a currency, but they are bullish about the potential of the blockchain in financial markets. Bitcoin enthusiasts would disagree, and argue that the distributed anonymous consensus model used in the Bitcoin blockchain is not a bug, but a feature — and a breakthrough innovation. In other words, Bitcoin should disappear and be replaced by a closed blockchain. The new blockchain, decentralized but closed, would offer the benefits of the current Bitcoin network without relying on end-users for its operations. Of course, the governments and the banks tend to enthusiastically support the idea of a permissioned blockchain without the troublesome bitcoin. But the Bitcoin system works, and the features that the Accenture writers propose to eliminate could be the very features that make it work. Other solutions to the issues mentioned by the Accenture writers, for example Lightning Networks , could be more effective. Press Releases. By Giulio Prisco. By Kyle Torpey.

The Bulgarian blockchain development company Limechain is one of the eight companies worldwide admitted as a Hyperledger Fabric Certified Partner. This recognition shows that the young company has developed solid expertise in corporate-oriented blockchain technology. Furthermore, from a business perspective, being one of the eight certified partners means that from now on Limechain will be a preferred service provider for global tech, financial and supply chain enterprises seeking to develop blockchain and distributed ledger solutions. Not least, it means that with the right positioning and commitment a small Bulgarian tech company founded in could quickly reach global acknowledgment. Since last November, Limechain is also part of the Hyperledger and Linux Foundation, meaning that the company plays an important role in the currently developing global blockchain community.

Accenture, Splunk, and Others Back Baseline Protocol for Public Blockchains
A consortium comprising a cross-section of leading companies has successfully tested a blockchain solution that it says could eliminate the need for printed shipping documents and save the freight and logistics industry hundreds of millions of dollars annually. The consortium tested a solution where documents are no longer exchanged physically or digitally but instead, the relevant data is shared and distributed using blockchain technology under single ownership principles determined by the type of information. Through a detailed review of the current documentation processes, the group examined a re-allocation of information ownership, accountability and risk enabled by the trust and security blockchain technology offers. The consortium, which represents typical stakeholders across an international shipment, collaborated to test 12 real shipments, with various destinations, each with different regulatory requirements. The tests confirmed that blockchain can reduce operating costs and increase supply chain visibility. DHL and Accenture working on blockchain-based pharma supply chain project. Accenture: Blockchain innovations in life sciences
The Baseline Protocol defines a method for using the Ethereum Mainnet or other public blockchains to coordinate complex, confidential workflows between enterprises—without moving company data out of traditional systems of record. For Accenture, the notable work happening around the Baseline Protocol is an example of the next wave of evolution in this space. EEA members alongside the EEA Mainnet Working Group will continue to collaborate on how tools like Baseline can deliver value to consumer-facing industries through peer-to-peer transactions and services. Network is really pleased to be a sponsor of the Baseline Protocol!
Accenture Taps the Blockchain for New Procurement Platform
Consultants in the aerospace industry are backing blockchain technology to drive down the huge cost of plane maintenance. Blockchain has been described as a single ledger that can record information from several different parties and then allows users to access a single record of information. Schmidt uses engine maintenance as an example of how airlines can avoid carrying out wasteful work. Schmidt said that with blockchain data, engineers who may have never worked on the plane will know precisely the configuration, parts list, and usage data. Schmidt said maintenance crews currently only look at "macro factors" such as how long an engine has been in use. The aviation consultant also noted there's currently a trend to contract busy engineering teams just because they have previously worked on the same engine.
