Joined the pool mining and sold whatever mined whenever transfer was available. ROI in about 2 months. Good old days! I still keep mining as the cost of running those is so low compared to GPU mining. Purely profit now.

Got in early and made a bunch selling when trading opened. Chia started off amazing, i was kicking myself for not getting involved when i started watching videos etc on it… but once momentum picked up its become an absolutely rediculous venture, unless you have a data farm already at your disposal etc. Thanks for the video mate, its confirmed that filling my 6tb with media was a better choice than farming on it lol.

I wanted to mine chia when it first came out as it looked promising as an alternative to POS but idk about it now. Do you think you may try another project with all your storage space if you stop mining chia? CH CH ch chai…. I could never get past how it works, I just don't like storage coins in general as far as contributing to its network.

Hello i was looking into chia mining about month ago and I decided to opt out due to ROI not being worth it. So I am in agreement with you. Wouldn't ROI only include profit so "including" power cost… those spinning drives probably burn more money than that make…. The problem with Chia is the netspace is irrationally high. It has been slowly going down which is usually what hashrate does when prices trends down. Chia has only been around for less than a year.

Greatest coin ever? But it does have enough potential to let what you already have running, sit there and run.. It doesn't take much electricity. Seems like a great spec coin, and I will continue to run my TB until they die. I tried Chia farming and to me was a complete waste of time and resources.
