The SEC, under the leadership of Gary Gensler, hasn’t been very friendly to crypto this year. That could change though if Gensler is true to his word and actually approves a Bitcoin ETF in the next couple of months. A Bitcoin ETF has been in the works for years but maybe the markets finally think it’s going to happen and that’s why we’ve been pumping all week.

Over at Filecoin, a new partnership with Freedom of the Press should lead to some new privacy preserving technologies for journalists and anyone else who needs to communicate without being surveilled.
