People often ask me how much money does crypto mining make? This all depends on how powerful your mining rig is, what coin you mine and how much your electricity costs. My mining rig averages a hashrate of 192 MH/s and uses around 480 watts in power, this allows me to earn around £10 per day at an electricity cost of £2 per day.

I have been mining Ethereuem using Nicehash as I found it very easy to use and they offer free withdrawals to Coinbase. I tried mining Ethereum directly, however, the rig generated a lot more heat as but I couldn't manually optimise the GPUs as well as Nicehash. Also, mining directly requires gas fees to transfer the Eth, whereas with Nicehash the transfer to Coinbase is free.
