UPS AND DOWNS ON CRYPTOCURRENCIES PRICE

The prices of Bitcoin, Ethereum and the ranks of the top crypto assets experienced varying increases and decreases on Wednesday (19/1/2022) morning. Several crypto assets, which weakened in the previous day's trading session, on Wednesday morning started to rise again.

Based on data from Coinmarketcap, Wednesday morning, the crypto asset with the largest market cap, Bitcoin (BTC) rose in the past day by 40 percent. However, it still weakened by 0.79 percent in the week. Currently, the price of BTC has moved up again to touch the level of USD 42,356.01 per coin or equivalent to Rp. 608.1 million (assuming an exchange rate of Rp. 14,358 per US dollar).
