US Sanctions Tornado Cash, But the Blockchain is Ungovernable

tornadocash recently got taken off the internet, the code and the devs were banned from github. But this is the exact reason why we use blockchain technology in the first place, it can't be sanctioned, it can't be shutdown, tornado cash is alive and well on ipfs.
