Vitalik Buterin’s idea for ultra secure blockchain.

The creator of Ethereum, Vitalik Buterin, has suggested a method for creating a blockchain that is extremely safe. Buterin offered a hybrid model that may combine the best aspects of both approaches in response to the age-old argument between optimistic and ZK rollups.

The Argument Over Rollups
Rollups are Layer 2 solutions designed to increase a blockchain's scalability. Rollups allow you to submit the final state after combining several transactions into one. Ethereum currently has a maximum TPS capacity of 20–30. Rollups can significantly increase transaction speed.
