WOW Europe Wants To Ban Clean Energy Crypto Mining WHAT!!!!

So it looks like EU wants to put a ban on the use of Proof Of Work Crypto because it now uses up to much CLEAN Energy? Before it was just bad because of the energy consumption and use of coal power now it seems even clean energy isn't good enough.
